The Parlour The parlour was used from 1850’s by teaching staff (Professors) as a separate dining room, partly as a response to ever increasing numbers of students. The current interior was designed by Edward Pugin in 1863, and includes the original furniture and extendable dining table to seat 50 people. Many paintings in the parlour were gifts to the College in the Victorian tradition.
