Dear USHCC Members and Supporters,

On behalf of Visa Inc., we are pleased to join you at the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s 2020 National Conference, virtual edition. Though we are participating in the events from home, the USHCC’s National Conference is a vital forum that facilitates conversation between industry leaders, public officials, and local entrepreneurs. We at Visa are proud to be a longstanding partner of the USHCC, and to sponsor and participate in this annual event.

USHCC has demonstrated great leadership in continuously engaging with policymakers to advance issues of critical importance to Hispanic-owned businesses. We are excited to take part in this week’s activities to discuss the contributions diverse small businesses make to our community and economy and to better understand how Visa can help your businesses.

The 2020 National Conference: Building America’s Business Future occurs at a pivotal moment in our history, as the country is grappling with the challenges of the pandemic and so many small businesses are struggling. The conference remains a critical platform for establishing new partnerships within the business and innovation communities and stimulating creative approaches to business growth among businesses of all sizes, including the many represented by the USHCC.

As we continue our efforts to provide and adopt products and services that champion inclusion and innovation, we are all witnessing how the digital age connects businesses and consumers, particularly now as the pandemic is leading many people to stay home. The ability to quickly pay and be paid from a distance with ease, security, and confidence will drive consumer loyalty and growth among businesses of all sizes. We see a tremendous opportunity for small businesses to harness these tools to reach new customers and increase their engagement with existing customers.

Thank you for your commitment as leaders, innovators, and advocates who support our economic recovery. We look forward to working with the USHCC to continue to foster small business growth, stimulate new business creation, and ensure continued success for the nation’s 12.2 million Hispanic- owned businesses.

Sincerely,

Alfred F. Kelly, Jr.

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Visa Inc.
