MARSA AL SEEF HOTEL Godwin Austen Johnson Architects 200 keys - GFA 49.800 m 2 Dubai (UAE) [Agu 2014-On going] Meraas Holding Hotel’s rooms and main facilities are arranged at the first floor throughout the phase 3, providing all the 5* services. They are disposed in clusters, around

the traditional’s courtyards and corridors, recreating the experience of living as in the old Emirati culture. The rooms have the same dimensions and layout to make easier it management. But they are decorated in four different styles, inspirited in the Emirati tradition. Their floor plan are combined with different elevations options: windows, terraces, balconies that combined give the project the needed diversity to keep the heritage image. The interior design was done by GAJ ID.
