STRESSES, CHALLENGES & COPING MECHANISMS FOR RACQUETS PROFESSIONALS
Hyon Yoo is an RSPA Elite Professional with Pickleball, Padel Platform Certifications. Hyon is the Director of Racquets at Manor Country Club in Rockville, Maryland, where he is involved in all aspects of daily operations. Hyon was named 2023 RSPA Mid-Atlantic Division Professional of the Year.
Mark Dichiara currently serves as the Regional Vice President of the RSPA MidAtlantic Section and is also the president of Remarkable Racquet Sports, a Washington, D.C.-based company. His career includes a notable tenure of 19 years as Director of Tennis and General Manager at the Georgetown Prep Tennis Club. Mark graduated from Ferris State University’s Professional Tennis Management (PTM) program.

Nate Engler
SUCCESSFUL EVENT MANAGEMENT
Nate Engler is an RSPA Elite Professional from Grand Rapids, Michigan and a graduate of the Professional Tennis Management program at Ferris State University. Nate received the University of Florida Director of Racquet Sports Certification along with the McMahon Careers Certified Racquet Sports Executive Certification.
Nate is currently the Head Pro at Congressional Country Club and oversees many of their racquet programs and events. He is a diehard Detroit Lions fan and finds it weird to have a team that might actually be good. He currently lives in Rockville, Maryland with his wife Stephanie and two boys (Elliott and Ben).

David Robinson

David Robinson is a Washington DC native and an RSPA Professional since 1980. David has been in the racquets industry for 45 years and has experience in squash, pickleball and padel.
David is currently the Director of Racquet Sports at Little Falls Swimming Club in Bethesda, Maryland and also manages after-school tennis and pickleball programming at elementary and middle schools for most of the Montgomery County Public Schools in Bethesda and Chevy Chase. David is also a Senior Managing Partner of Racquet Sports Management.

Arun Pant
DRILL BUILDING AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, UNBUILDING
Arun Pant is currently the Assistant General Manager for Columbia Association Racquet Sports. Arun is responsible for all programming, club operations, staff hiring, onboarding and development. Previously, Arun worked at the Junior Tennis Champions Center in College Park, Maryland as a staff professional.
Arun is an RSPA Elite Professional and is currently serving as Vice President on the Mid-Atlantic Board. Arun has a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from Frostburg State University where he played college tennis and was team captain for two years. Arun also enjoys serving as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT with the Ellicott City Fire Department.
