EDITOR-IN-CHIEF'S ADDRESS
Editor-In-Chief’s Address
Dear Esteemed Readers,
The University of Southern Queensland Law Society Law Review has been an important and purposeful project to have taken part in. I appreciate being able to have both contributed and assisted in the compilation process as Editor-in-Chief with this publication. I send sincere gratitude to every contributor who has taken the time, effort and exuded perseverance in submitting their scholarly articles. I also express absolute appreciation to our amazing editors who have reviewed these articles with expertise. A big thank you goes to our Law Review Director, Tory Webb, for his tremendous efforts in organising our first law review. Further admiration and gratitude goes towards our amazing lecturers who have opened our minds, enlightened and educated us with their wealth of knowledge. One last thankful mention goes towards our friends, families, pets and loved ones who have been there for us while crafting these articles. My cat has seen too much.
This law review represents many long days and nights worth of research, writing, hating it, rewriting, annoying our friends and family to read our work, more research and small amounts of sleep. A special mention goes to our good friend, caffeine, without you we couldn’t have made this thing happen. This law review contains many areas of law that contributors are passionate about. I sincerely hope you, the reader, enjoy the tremendous efforts and knowledge that have gone into creating each article. I strongly encourage feedback. The more knowledge we have, the more informed we are and the more we can critically analyse our own work as well as the world around us.
Please enjoy the following collection of educated articles brought to you proudly by the USQ Law Society.
Kind regards, Emily Kelleher Editor-in-Chief USQ Law Society Law Review
