Iron County Officials since 1896

Commissioners Commissioners were first called ÂŤSelectmen." Commissioners served two-year terms until 1903, at which time the term of service was changed so that a four-year commissioner and a two-year commissioner were elected at every biennial election. In 1990, terms were changed so that all commissioners serve for four years. Two were elected to begin service in 1991; one was elected in 1993, and so forth.
