The letter read in part: Mrs. Lieber, a resident of Salt Lake City, became intrigued with_ M a r t h a Hughes Cannon's life in exile when she worked as manuscript cataloguer for the Historical Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Original spellings have been retained.
