WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP II CERTIFICATE
WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP II CERTIFICATE Executive Education offers a Women in Leadership I program (WiL1) and a Women in Leadership II (WiL2) program. Women in Leadership I is focused on you as an individual leader (or self-leading).
Like Women in Leadership I, this is a cohort-style program focused on the content, networking, and community aspect, which is essential to any leader's success.
The Women in Leadership II program is focused on outward-facing leadership, leading others and your organization. Both leading self and others are crucial components to being an effective leader in your organization.
This program is taught by women, including the Dean of the David Eccles School of Business, Rachel Hayes, Ph.D.
This program challenges how you think and provides actionable takeaways to bring back to your organization. In this program, you will review your 360 results from Wil1 and retake the 360 to see how you have grown as a leader and re-establish areas you want to grow in.
