Welcome to UV4x4.... Accessory supply and fitting for large and small vehicle fleets since 2006 • UV4x4 has been working with mining companies, construction companies, car dealerships, hire companies and assorted vehicle fleet suppliers to provide fleet vehicle accessory solutions since 2006. Our organisation has recognised the need to offer our customers ‘Complete Cycle’ Packaged Services so that service cost, vehicle downtime and the possibility of damage from movement is minimised. We are proud of the fact that our dedication to the UV4x4 Five Points of Service, (from the time a quote is issued through to completion), has given a competitive edge to the businesses of our partners. Through listening to and growing with these partners, we have developed and are now in a position to provide the widest range of vehicle solutions in South East Queensland - and we can deliver them faster than any of our competitors.
April 2009 saw UV4x4 move into a new 3300 sq meter building, dramatically lifting the capacity that is available to our business partners.

We also keep a lot of product in our own warehouse. This ensures that we can often supply our customers exactly what they need without being exposed to delays caused by our suppliers. - Speed: Our custom designed premises and high staffing levels give us the capacity to quickly turn around a large volume of vehicles, regardless of the complexity of the fitouts required. Range of colours available or colour match to vehicle.
Available for a range of vehicles, these bars can be colour coded to match or contrast with the vehicle or simply left as they come. Many models accommodate existing vehicle fog lights if/when fitted. Airbag compatible.

UV4x4 can supply a range of different Nudge Bars in order to provide customers with stylish protection that can be colour coded to match or contrast with the vehicles paint. Airbag compatible.
Polished tube bars allow fitment of driving lights. Airbag compatible.
Silver Hammertone, Silver Ripple or Black Ripple options available if polished is not desired. Airbag compatible.
Alloy low rise Nudge Bars are normally made from 76mm alloy and are available to suit virtually any vehicle. All are airbag compatible and most have driving light mounting tabs on the top tube.
High rise alloy nudge bars are made from 63mm alloy and provide superior frontal protection along with driving light mounting points. Airbag compatible.
The Type 8 is a cost effective and light weight bull bar. Made from 63mm alloy tube, the wings give added protection against animal strike. Airbag compatible.
Frontal protection, nudge bars and H frames Steel/Alloy/Plastic Bull Bars, Steel/Alloy Nudge bars & H Frames • Many customers require you to go that little bit further in order to meet their specific work or recreational requirements. UV4x4 can help you to deliver virtually any solution to your customer, so please ask if you require something out of the ordinary. It is important to note that sometimes the addition of items such as H-frames to vehicles can not be made to be airbag compatible. Please ask at the time of quoting whether the item being requested will alter the way a vehicle may behave in an accident.
Some alloy nudge bars bull bars are available in a range of finishes. Choose from Mirror finish, Silver Hammertone, Silver Ripple or Black Ripple. Please check availability.
H-frames can be made to fit a whole range of steel or alloy bull bars and nudge bars. This version is a single post rack. Double racks are also available for some applications.
Nudge bar & H-frame combinations are available for a range of vehicle types. Not all combinations are airbag compatible - please ask at time of quotation.
H-frame uprights are made from aluminium to keep weight down and then painted black to avoid metal reflection distracting the driver of the vehicle.
Lighting - spotlights and driving lights For when standard headlights just aren’t enough •
UV4x4 can supply and fit a range of driving and spot lights from manufacturers such as Lightforce, IPF, Hella, Narva and more.
Lightforce 240mm XGT lights pack a powerful punch. Removable lense covers allow lights to be changed between spot and spread as well as to different colour combo’s. HID available also.
Lightforce 240 Blitz lights provides powerfull output but shallow light back allows them to be placed into cramped quarters. Different lense and colour combo’s are also available.
Lightforce 170 Striker and 140 Lance lights are perfect for smaller vehicles where customers are wanting improve night time visability a little. Lense and colour combo’s are also available.
IPF 900XS lights provide customer’s with a hard body light of exceptional quality. Light direction and intensity is controlled in the glass lense and reflector.
IPF 800XS lights give all of the features of their 900XS cousin, just in a rectangular version.
Fleetfit can supply and fit Hella Predators, Hella Rally 4000’s or any other Hella or Narva light your customer may request.

For vehicle protection or simply just to make it easy to get in and out of the vehicle • There are a broad range of aftermarket products available to help protect the side of a vehicle and to help the occupants get into and out of the vehicle. Bladerunner steps with smooth alloy extrusion, plastic end-caps and step treads. (Not available for all vehicle models)
Integra Steps with grip alloy extrusion, plastic end-caps and step treads. (Not available for all vehicle models)

Tubular aluminium side steps
Side steps & Side Protection Accessories For vehicle protection or simply just to make it easy to get in and out of the vehicle •
Sidebars and Steps provide perfect protection against damage to vehicle sills and wheel arches whilest traversing rocky or rutted areas off-road. Steel tube, alloy checkerplate step, paint to match.
Steel tube “Rock-Sliders� are available for some models. These aim solely to protect the vehicle sills from damage.

Vehicles fitted with side impact airbags will increasingly utilise existing Original Equipment step and an aftermarket sidebar that mounts between the bull bar and the chassis of the vehicle.
Aluminium sidebars and steps can be manufactured to match aluminium bull bars.
Double rail sidebar made specifically to match bull bars of this type. Sidebars integrate with sidestep.
Snorkels and other air intake accessories Turbo’s, Hiclone and other performace improvements •
Some feel a snorkel is only necessary when you are likely to face water crossings in a 4WD. Whilst snorkel’s are meant to make it possible to extend a vehicles normal capabilities, they also have other positive benefits as they allow cleaner air to be drawn into the vehicle, improving performance and minimising dust intake.
UV4x4 can supply and fit Safari snorkels for most popular new 4x4 Wagon’s and Utility vehicles. Also available are aftermarket Turbo kits and induction improvement accessories such as Hiclone fuel saving accessories.

The distance the snorkel runs down the side of the vehicle is determined by where the air intake side of the intake box is located under the bonnet. This vehicle’s intake box is towards the front.
Flares and other exterior accessories Front and rear fibreglass flares and other exterior accessories •
Often base model vehicles do not come equipped with flares and where larger wheels and tyres are fitted it becomes necessary to fit such an accessory. The right flares will last the lifetime of the vehicle and protect the exterior paint from dirt, sticks and other debree. UV4x4 can supply and fit fibreglass flares to a wide range of new vehicles. Flares require painting to protect the base gel coat, so colour matching is no problem.
Front flares can be supplied to fit onto a vehicle perfectly regardless of whether a bull bar is fitted to the vehicle or not.
Rear flares fit seamlessly onto body panels and seal out water and dirt.
Tyres and rims Steel or Mag rims + a range of tyre brands and tread patterns •
Whether you are searching for low profile, All Terrain or Mud Terrain Tyres, Fleetfit can supply and fit any brand your customer requires.
Wheel choices range from standard size through to oversized chrome mags.
UV4x4 can also supply snow chains.
VEHICLE EXTERIOR REAR ACCESSORIES
Rear protection & tyre carrying accessories Includes jerrycan holders, Hi-lift jacks, single and dual wheel carriers •
Replacement rear bars not only allow for increased departure angles but when fitted with a swing arm they can hold the spare wheel, making way for auxillary fuel tanks under the vehicle.
A second swing arm can be fitted to hold fuel jerry cans, as can a Hi-lift jack mounting bracket to mount a jack to the rear of the spare wheel.
Slimline replacement rear bars are available for vehicles such as the Jeep Wranger and H3 Hummer where the spare wheel can be directly mounted centrally onto the rear door of the vehicle.
Rear step style bars with integrated towbar are available. Made from zinc coated steel with an alloy checkerplate step, these bars can be colour matched to the vehicle if matt black is not appropriate.
Rear bar shown without tow tounge and ball. Like the other rear bars on this page, these allow for Hi-lift jacking to be performed directly onto the bar.
UV4x4 can supply and fit a range of Kaymar products. This spare wheel and jerry can pair utilises the original rear bumper and allows the swingarms to be attached directly onto the vehicle.

Outback and remote travelling often requires carrying more than one spare wheel. UV4x4 can supply you with rear bar replacement products that have dual spare carrying capacity.
Replacement rear bars are now available for utility vehicles so that spare wheels and extra fuel can be carried without infringing on the carrying capacity of the tub.
Traditional van rear bars provide adequate protection for city use and intergrate with a tow point to provide maximum versatility.
External ROPS
External rollover protection systems • UV4x4 has experience in the specification, supply and fitting of External ROPS required for mining and civil applications. Our team is keeps in touch with regulation changes, whether they be BMA or other regulatory bodies, so you do not have to be concerned about a vehicle not being allowed onto a worksite after it has been delivered. ARB Low-roof plastic canopies are available in either leathergrain or smooth finish for most models. Sliding or Lift-up windows are available as are mesh, racks, air-vents and other accessories.
ARB High-roof plastic canopies are available in leathergrain finish with any combination of sliding and lift-up windows. Canopy does not have to be painted as smooth version does and accessories are available.

The UV4x4 fibreglass Tradesman canopy is available either with or without a tray. This canopy comes standard with fibreglass panel lift up doors on sides and glass door on rear. Racks, windows and accessories available.
The UV4x4 fibreglass Style-side canopy is available with either sliding or lift up windows. Racks, mesh, screens, lights, vents and other accessories are available.
The UV4x4 fibreglass Trayback canopy is a viable option for commercial customers who want a tough canopy with either sliding or side access windows. Mesh, screens, lights, vents and other accessories available.

The 3XM Industrial Series fibreglass canopy is almost unrivalled in terms of providing access to tools and equipment. Fitting onto virtually any tray, this canopy keeps many tradespeople happy.
AWL canopies are renowned for their smooth lines and high quality finish. For those who like the best and don’t mind paying a bit extra for it, this canopy is a high quality option.
UV4x4 Alloy canopies are affordable & lightweight yet durable. Available in either raw alloy or powdercoated finish, the window, rack, shelving and accessory options are almost limitless.

TSB Canopies are relatively new to the Australian trade market however their high quality finish and ability to be easily removed, swapped or stored gives them an edge over other brands.
TSB can provide trade specific setups off the shelf or customise to individual needs. Undertray boxes can be combined with removable backs for maximum storage.
Utility backs, canopies and service bodies The biggest range available under one roof • There is a myriad of different service body combinations available for a customer to choose from. UV4x4 can supply and fit both fixed and removable service bodies and ensure that they are configured exactly to the customers trade or personal specifications.
All TSB backs can be accessorised with range of ladder/material carrying racks.
TSB bodies come in full back or split side options so tradespeople can choose the right design for them.
Possibly the highest quality back on the market, CSM’s range of bodies are likely to outlast the vehicle on which they are placed.
CSM backs are fully customisable so you can get exactly what you are after to put your own toolboxes into or you can have us manufacture boxes to match the back of your choice.
Ute hard lids, soft tonneau covers and more... Keep the back of your ute covered •
ARB Ute Lids are made of recyclable ABS Polymer in Australia for Australian conditions. These removable lids require painting and feature stainless steel locking mechanisms and gas struts.
ARB also manufactures 3-piece sports lids for popular utilities that come standard with sports bars. These lids have a single push button lock release and wrap over the top of the tub to prevent theft of items locked inside.
Smooth extremely low profile, high gloss sports lids are also available from UV4x4
As are leathergrain finish hard tonneau’s to suit most vehicle models world wide.
Soft Tonneau covers can be supplied and fitted to almost any utility. UV4x4 can also alter new and existing tonneaus to fit around ladder racks and other items in the tub of the vehicle.
UV4x4 can supply and fit a range of ramp and disability accessories. This ramp is available for vehicles from small panel van to large Transporter size.

Ute liners come with matching tailgate piece and can be supplied to fit either over the tub lip or under the tub lip on most vehicles.
Petrochemical resistant rubber mats are available and can be cut to size for all vans, 4x4’s utes and passenger vehicles.
Spray linings are available to be applied to the inside of utility tubs, vans, drawers or virtually anything else required by the customer.
Toolboxes and drawer systems Alloy or steel boxes and a range of drawer systems •
UV4x4 can supply and fit a range of under tray tool boxes and water tanks for either the driver or passenger side of a vehicle.
Tradesman tool boxes come in a range of dimensions and can be accessorised with shelving and drawers.
Boxes to suit trayback utilities where tools can be accessed while the dropsides are up are available.
As are full access boxes. Boxes can be supplied or supplied and fitted to utes and vans.
UV4x4 also has a range of chest style boxes.
Drawer systems make better use of cargo areas in vans and utilities and UV4x4 can supply and fit lined or bare drawer systems made from various materials.

Ramp access is now available for vehicles the size of Mercedes Vito or Ford Transporters right through to VW Caddy, Toyota Hi-ace, Mitsubishi Express or Hyundai iLoad vans.

Hitch receiver towbars offer customers the ability to easily remove and refit the towball and tow tongue when it is not required.
Each towbar has a compliance plate stating model identification, trailer weight and ball weight capacity.
Hitch receiver and step combinations provide towing capacity as well as offering easier access to the tub.
Weight distribution hitches can help distribute trailer weight evenly to all wheels, restoring steering geometry and ensuring towing control.

Greasable shackles are available to extend the lifetime of the suspension and ensure there are no unecessary squeeks or wearing.

UV4x4 can supply and fit upgraded suspension bushes and castor correction kits to improve vehicle wander and steering.
Long Travel Remote shock absorbers have their origins in motorsport however they are now available to customers who use their vehicles regularly in an offroad environment and can’t risk failure.
OME Steering Stabilisers allow customers piece of mind when driving in unknown conditions where dramatic steering may be required or when towing behind the vehicle.
Airbags and Bellows can be used on leaf or coil sprung vehicles to increase their stability when carrying heavy loads. Fleetfit can supply and fit a range of these accessories.
Another option for leaf sprung vehicles when carrying heavy loads is the fitment of a helper spring.
Fuel & water tanks Replacement and auxillary •
Replacement and auxillary fuel and water tanks are available in a range of sizes and shapes and UV4x4 can supply and fit plastic, steel, vinyl bladder, aluminium or stainless steel tanks for you and your customer.
Undertray water tanks come in a variety of sizes and materials and can be fitted to driver, passenger or both sides.
Water tanks of many shapes and sizes can be supplied and fitted into the best areas to maximise water storage but minimise cargo area waste.
UV4x4 can supply and fit a range of sizes of replacement and auxillary fuel tanks. Large tanks have baffles inside to limit fuel slop and all retain the ability to have an accurate fuel gauge.
In some instances a poly tank is the best product to increase auxillary diesel fuel capacity.
Underbody drawers and storage Maximising the space available •
Underbody drawers are available to suit most trayback utilities. These systems vary in length and depth and the cavity can also be made into a underbody box to fit tools such as shovels.
A range of underbody box sizes are available from UV4x4 to suit both the drivers and passenger sides of a vehicle.
Underbody boxes are available in checkerplate aluminium, powdercoated aluminium or powdercoated steel.
Electronic rust prevention The only prevention worth having •
Rust is a natural chemical reaction with electronic properties. While there are many spray on rust prevention systems, no other treats the cause of the problem like the Electronic Rust Protection System (ERPS).
ERPS works by creating a negative electronic charge which replaces lost electrons in the metal, effectively slowing the corrosion process. Used by Surf Lifesaving clubs around Australia for years, ERPS is tried and tested with impressive results.
Available to suit the size of the vehicle, each ERPS system provides electronic protection against the rusting process. This product has a 5 year limited warranty against corrosion.

UV4x4 can supply and fit a range of barriers from Milford, Tradesman or Black Widow. Whether you need a barrier for a passenger vehicle right through to a 4WD with a drawer system, we have one.
A Safety Net can provide some occupant protection from cargo in the event of a vehicle stopping suddenly.
Cargo barriers offer superior occupant protection from items entering the seating areas in an accident.
A Protecta Net will help consolidate cargo so that it doesn’t have the opportunity to fly forward.
UV4x4 can provide rear and front seat Gear Safes that are strapped down to provide safety along with sectioned storage areas. Ideal for travelling or company representatives who use their vehicle as an office.
Fibreglass and wooden bulkheads are available to allow the cargo area of vans to be sealed off where chemicals are present. Also allows vehicle cab to be more efficiently cooled or heated.
Vehicle seating Additions and removal •
Whether your customer be purchasing a van, a 4WD or a medium sized bus, UV4x4 can supply and fit additional seating in a range of configurations. UV4x4 can also add additional seating to some AWD and 4WD vehicles.
Additional seating added to a van such as this can lift its carrying capacity up to 10.
Headrests and arm rests are optional however all seatbelts and seat are complianced as standard with the finished van fitted with a compliance plate.

Rollover Protection Systems for a range of vehicles • ROPS are required to meet mining specifications in many instances and Fleetfit can supply and fit both internal and external ROPS to utilitys, 4WD wagons, troop carriers, vans and buses. Van shelving options and configurations are almost endless. UV4x4 can suggest a trade specific configuration or work with you and your customer on a custom layout.
Shelving systems are available for small, medium and large vans and utilities.
UV4x4 uses Rack-a-Van shelving systems which are designed and manufactured in Australia to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
Compressors can be installed as part of the fitout.
Both fixed and pull out benches as well as vices, drawer systems, air lines and virtually anything else can be supplied and fitted as a part of the installation.

UV4x4 can supply and fit a range of aluminium van bull bars.
Aluminium nudge bars are also available where protection is required from minor bumps or to mount additional driving lights.

Vehicle conversions
Including FBT (Fringe Benefits Tax) conversions and vehicle compliancing •
UV4x4 is very experienced in vehicle conversions. One popular conversion is our FBT pack where we take a passenger vehicle and turn it into a commercial vehicle.
This is achieved by removing the rear seats and belts, installing a cargo barrier and parcel tray and then re-compliancing the vehicle.
The carpeted option looks well finished and the vehicle can be turned back into a passenger vehicle at the end of its commercial life, re-complianced and sold.
UV4x4 can also provide installation and compliancing services when extra vehicle seating is required.

All seats have retractable belts and the van is recomplianced as a 10 seater. UV4x4 can also add additional seats
Recovery equipment, winches & jacking equipment For all of your vehicle recovery needs •
A good set of leather gloves comes in handy in any recovery situation.
Extra shackles and tow hooks may be required by a customer if they are entering a situation where they could need to recover a vehicle.
Fallen debris blocking the road or trail in an offroad situation requires a drag chain. Wrapped around the fallen object and attached to the vehicle, your customer can move almost anything.
UV4x4 can supply a range of Snatch Straps and Tree Trunk protectors to suit vehicles from small SUV’s right through to large 4WD’s.
Straps can be assembled with other necessary items into basic kits.
UV4x4 also has large recovery kits that contain a Snatch Strap, a Winch Extension Strap and a Tree Trunk Protector amongst other things.

Used in conjunction with a winch, a Snatch Block can double the pulling power of a winch.

Hi-Lift Jacks are available and these fit directly onto UV4x4s prefered range of ARB Bull Bars.
An exhaust jack can help a customer recovery their vehicle in sandy, muddy or snowy environments.
Compressors, air lockers & tyre accessories For the adventurous customer •
UV4x4 can supply portable tyre inflation compressors that come with various fittings included to help with inflation of sporting equipment or airbeds.
Fixed compressors can be mounted under bonnet, under seat, under tray or into the back of a vehicle tray.
In conjunction with a compressor, an Air Locker allows your customer to lock their axles together and power through the toughest terrain.
Air Lockers give continuous power to the wheels planted on the ground so a vehicle can continue even when one or more wheels leaves contact.
Another essential offroad accessory is a tyre repair kit and Fleetfit can supply these.
When a vehicle leaves the tarmac it is important to let the tyre pressures down. An easy deflator allows accurate depressurisation and then accurate measurement when it is time to re-inflate.
Electrical Accessories
Battery systems, inverters, fridges, isolation switches, cruise control, aux. plugs etc •
Dual battery systems are necessary when installing a winch or power requirements exceed what the original battery can output. i.e fridges etc.
Dual batteries are generally mounted under the bonnet unless space is limited in which case they can be mounted in or under the vehicle. Most vehicles can accommodate a second battery.
A range of inverters are available from Fleetfit.
UV4x4 can supply and fit fridge/freezers as well as fridge slides.
Battery and winch isolator switches can be supplied and fitted where required.
