The Giving Earth By Ellie Yatco My piece reflects the effect of consumerism and capitalism, specifically in the fashion industry, on our environment. I use the concept of Shel Silverstein’s “The Giving Tree” to explore how businesses will continually take from our earth to earn money, despite the environmental impacts.
