ABOUT THE DIARY Filled with all the information a student might need over the course of the year, the Guild Diary is the essential studying companion and social guide for any UWA Student. The Diary includes important Guild and University dates, as well as providing quirky activity pages and sticker sheets to help students fight boredom between classes! Diaries are not sent out with other promotional materials, they have to be collected by UWA students from the Guild Student Centre. In 2014, 13000 copies were ACTIVELY collected by students!

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. All enquiries, bookings and submissions made pursuant to this Kit are subject to the following terms and conditions, and by making an enquiry, booking or submission Customers agree to be bound by them. 2. In these Terms and Conditions: - The Guild means the University of Western Australia Guild of Undergraduates - The Customer means any person or organisation who has made an enquiry, booking or submission pursuant to this kit. 3. If any material has not been received by the deadline the Customer will be taken to have cancelled after the deadline, and the penalties in 5 will apply. 4. Prices listed do not include 10% GST or Agency Commission fees. 5. Cancellations after the booking deadline will incur a 30% fee of the full invoiced amount. Cancellations after the Artwork deadline will incur a 50% fee of the full invoiced amount. 6. The Guild may alter submitted artwork without notice in its absolute discretion. 7. The Customer indemnifies The Guild for any third party liability arising from submissions, including against any proceedings, demands, losses, costs (including legal costs on a FULL indemnity basis), damages and other liabilities. 8. If The Guild does not enforce any of these Terms and Conditions or grants indulgence to the Customer, The Guild shall not be construed as having waived that term or condition, or its right to later enforce that term or condition. 9. The relationship between The Guild and Customer is subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australia for all causes of action.
