2018 student diary Our most widely-distributed publication, the diary is a highly-sought after addition to every UWA student’s desk. It’s more than your average diary: it’s a guide to UWA complete with maps, contacts, important dates and an A-Z directory. Over 14,000 FREE copies are distributed to students each year. There are ad options to suit all budgets, from prime positions inside the covers to placing your ad on the relevant week or day (imagine 14,000 students having your event pre-filled in their diary)! posters on campus Guild Village and the Oak Lawn are the hub of campus life, with thousands of students (and staff) passing through each day for shops, services, food and club activities. Make your brand visible by displaying eyegrabbing posters here! All you have to do is send us your A3 posters and we’ll distribute them for you by the following Monday. We display them in protective frames so they’ll be safe from the elements and won’t get covered up.

charity events Hard-working Guild members run two major events raising well over $100,000 for WA charities each year. Help make these happen with a cash or in-kind donation (like food, transport, lighting, fencing, or expert services)!
prosh Wednesday 22 March For more than 85 years, UWA students have produced a satirical newspaper to sell on the streets of Perth, raising tens of thousands of dollars for worthy WA-based charities each year. It’s one of the oldest and biggest one-day student fundraisers around and an utterly iconic Perth event!
relay for life Saturday 14 - Sunday 15 October At Relay@UWA, teams of students and community spend 24 hours circling Oak Lawn relay-style. It’s all to recognise and celebrate cancer survivors, patients and their carers; to honour and remember loved ones lost to cancer; and to raise money for the Cancer Council WA’s research, prevention, information and support services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS General The UWA Student Guild will generally not consider partnerships with any alcohol related industries or licensed clubs and hotels; organisations/activities that have an alignment to political or religious groups; or organisations/activities that may be judged to be denigrating or offensive to individuals or community groups, may bring adverse publicity to or compromise the reputation of the UWA Student Guild, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. All sponsorships and partnerships must be aligned to the UWA Student Guild’s strategic priorities, contribute to and enhance the UWA Student Guild’s reputation and foster positive community relations. The Guild reserves the right to not accept any advertising or sponsorship booking. All advertisements must comply with the Guild’s Promotions and Publications Policy. Any artwork supplied is subject to final approval by the Guild. The source of all advertisements must be clearly indicated. Cancellation by the advertiser after any booking is made shall incur a 50% fee for all unused bookings for parts thereof. Print and digital advertising If any artwork has not been received by the deadline the customer will be taken to have cancelled unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon with the Guild. Posters Posters received by noon on any Friday will be displayed by the following Monday. Activations/sampling Proof of $20 million Public Liability Insurance and a UWA Contractor Induction are required before coming on to campus Please refer to your application form at the time of booking for further Terms and Conditions.
