4.Gettherequiredvaccinationsdonebeforeyouleave yourcountry.YourBoardinghouseparentwillinform andgiveyouguidelinessometimeinJuly.
6.Applyforyourin-principle studentvisaandbringallthe visarequirementslistedbelow.
National Committee members willhelpthroughoutthe process.
3.Applyforapassportif youdonothaveone.A passporthastobevalid foratleast1year and6months.
5. StayintouchwithBoardingstaffand yourbuddyandsubmitallboarding requirements.
7. Afteryoureceiveyourschool emailaddressandlogindetailsin July, followthelogin instructionsandcomplete theonlinemedicalform.
9. ArriveinSingapore.
8.Printthe ScholarshipPackage letter andbringitto Singapore.
10.AttendtheOrientationprogram, takethemedicaltest,andapplyfor yourstudentvisainpersonatthe immigrationoffice. General

Printed copy of your Scholarship Package letter from Director of Admissions.
Original birth certificate, should include names of both your parents. This certificate will be returned to you after graduation. An official translation of your birth certificate, if it is not in the English language.
coloured photo that shows your face, taken in the last three months (submit as jpeg or png file) Your passport - if this has not been submitted. If your passport will expire within the next two years, it is better to renew in advance before you leave the country
Access Form -An English proficiency test will be required
Many of our scholars will welcome you when you arrive and UWCSEA staff will help you settle in.
True certified true copy of your parents' marriage certificate, translated into English by an official translator, where applicable. If necessary, the true certified copy of parents’ divorce paper, death certificate, child’s custody papers or legal guardianship documents, where applicable. Single parents need to provide an original affidavit from a lawyer. All applicable documents, translated into English by an official translator.
Four colour passport-size photographs, on matte finish, taken against a white background. The photograph image must show the full face, without headgear. 7.Vaccination booklet which is the official record of your vaccinations.
8. Any other covid related documents required by the Singapore government at the time of your arrival. Your Boarding houseparent will inform and give you guidelines sometime in July.
