What is an Executive MBA? An Executive MBA program is a transformative experience designed for mid-career working professionals, usually with a minimum of seven years of professional experience, often including management responsibility. Students actively participate in classroom discussions, bringing their current and prior experiences into the classroom to enrich the learning of their fellow students. • EMBA students continue to work while they study, are typically older and bring more experience to classroom discussions. • EMBA students generally enter as a group (or cohort) and learn together throughout the program. • EMBA programs require in-person attendance! Direct personal interaction in the classroom and in study groups is considered critical to the EMBA learning experience — though distance learning technologies are now often used to enhance this experience. • Executive MBA programs offer additional support for students, including registration and materials acquisition, career coaching, meals, and other amenities, so students with busy schedules can focus on learning.

Why choose Foster’s Executive MBA Program? The Foster EMBA offers: • A proven record of success with over thirty years of experience developing high-performing leaders • The prestige of a top-ranked program with world-class faculty • A robust curriculum focused on leadership development and strategic thinking • A collaborative learning environment with professionals from a variety of industries • The flexibility to choose a scheduling option that fits your needs • A strong network of alumni with deep roots in Seattle’s business community and beyond
