Res life

We aim to make living in halls one of the best experiences of your university life. To help you have an unforgettable experience we have an award-winning Residence Life programme.

Our year-long calendar of weekly in-person and virtual events is aimed at first year students in Cardiff Met halls. We’ve given our students tickets to Wales rugby matches, ice skating, film premieres, yoga, pizza nights, book clubs, game console FIFA tournaments, haircuts, day trips and numerous other social events, including volunteering and networking events. The great news is that this is all free! We pay for it, all you need to do is get involved. When you arrive speak to your Warden or a Res Life Ambassador to find out more information.
