CANDY CANE LANE

Would the holidays be complete without a sweet peppermint candy cane? We think not! Their striking stripes are a seasonal staple and serve as inspiration for this cozy hat. The comfy folded brim will keep you especially warm during a nighttime stroll through the neighborhood as you admire the brilliant Christmas lights that decorate the homes and streets.

SWISS MERINGUE SLIPPERS

DESIGNED BY AUBREY BUSEK

Cold nights call for something cute to keep your toes warm. How about a pair of cozy and colorful slippers? The Swiss Meringue Slippers are inspired by colorful icing atop tasty holiday treats. A slip-stitch texture pattern is worked on the foot, and cables dance up the cuffs along with classic horizontal stripes. Buttons decorate the outside of each boot, like gumdrops on a gingerbread house, adding a personal touch to the final project!

HUBBLE THE WINTER WOLF

DESIGNED BY RACHEL BROCKMAN

This festive boy loves romps in the woods, and throwing snow up in the air with his nose. Although he may fancy himself a fierce Winter Wolf, he’s often more of a puppy. His body is made in Deluxe Worsted 100% wool, while his shaggy chest and other accents are given their texture by soft Minou. Hubble’s hat is removable, so you can give him head scratches with or without it!

The Hemlock Set uses our Deluxe Worsted Superwash yarn in the color Mistletoe, which will stand out as a beautiful pop of color against the snowflakes outside. Wintry cables and bobble stitches dance along the twisted headband and front of the mittens, creating a classic set you’ll wear for many snow days to come!

FROZEN POND

Frozen Pond’s color echoes the brilliant blue so unique to winter ice, but the shawl itself is a warm treasure. Thanks to Nymph yarn’s chainette construction, this graceful shawl has a slight fuzzy halo. The result is a soft and beautiful accessory that will keep you cozy as you move effortlessly through a chilly day.

KEEPSAKE COVER

The thought of being wrapped up in a hand knit blanket while watching your favorite movies brings nostalgic memories of wintertime. The Keepsake Cover is a perfect example of the comfort blanket, modernized into a bold throw made in Uptown Worsted. Sure to brighten any home, the large stripes are whimsical and fun. Soft and cozy, the gorgeous cable pattern worked throughout reminds us of holiday ornaments and makes for a stretchy and squishy texture.

SNOW GLOBE STOCKING

Whether you fill it with treats or use it just for decoration, the Snowglobe Stocking is a great way to spice up your wintertime. A medley of colors in our Deluxe Bulky Superwash yarn is used in stranded colorwork on the leg, as well as a contrast heel and toe.

Rico Design Creative Bubble is held together with Deluxe Bulky Superwash in some parts of the stocking to introduce an iridescent snowy effect that gave this pattern its name.
