Our MD Craig Stevenson was awarded the ‘Lifetime
Achievement Award’ at the recent HIT (Hospitality Industry Trust) annual dinner in Glasgow. Craig said ‘This award comes as a total surprise but I am over the moon to receive it. For me it is important to put money, time and effort back into the industry and community we earn a living from and I think the hospitality industry in Scotland is particularly good at this.’ ·
Craig is leading some of the team at Braehead on Sunday 6th May and taking part in the Anthony Nolan charity abseil off Crosshouse hospital, some may say this is part of his mid-life crisis…..the rest of the team will be making sure he goes first and tests the ropes……
· The production kitchen has seen a successful launch of the range of hand-cut french trimmed supremes, and have now started producing stuffed supremes and jambonettes. See attached for more details.
