(Ordinance15 of 1986) that we have applied for the amendment of the Vereeniging Town Planning Scheme, 1992 by the rezoning of the Portion of Henry Street, Risiville Township from “Existing Public Street” to “Business 1”.

DUTIES • Provide a comprehensive Secretarial function for the Executive Director: Human Resources, including: o Proper management and coordination of the Executive Director’s diary o Composes and types routine letters, memoranda, reports, minutes of meetings, etc. o Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, takes messages, and schedule appointments o Sorts, opens and distributes incoming mail for the Executive Director o Schedules and arranges meetings and conferences and responsible for necessary travel arrangements o Proofreads and corrects prepared materials for correct grammar, format, completeness and content o Establishes and maintains office files, logs, indexes, and other related records o Enters, retrieves, updates, verifies and deletes information from electronic files o Takes minutes and recordings of meetings o Determines needs and orders office supplies and equipment • Perform any other related ad hoc tasks as and when requested.
Applications must be submitted on the Midvaal Local Municipality application form which can be obtained from the website: www.midvaal.gov.za or the Human Resources Department. The application form must be completed in full and the specific reference number of the post must be quoted. Certified copies (not older than 3 months) of your identity document, qualifications and driver’s licence (if applicable), must be attached. Failure to comply with the instruction will disqualify applications from being processed.
