While making your travel plan you might think of bringing along your favorite book to read. Well, you can definitely bring along the book but avoid reading it while you are travelling. It can cause serious motion sickness problems. Therefore avoid reading it any cost. 2) Food and Drinks-


Avoid consuming high amount of alcohol or food with high oil content, especially when you plan a trip to faraway places. It helps. On the contrary, not eating anything at all is a bad idea too. Instead have some light snacks to avoid the problems. 3) Breathe in –

Sometimes, all you need to do is open the windows and breathe in some fresh air. This helps most of the times as fresh air outside helps you rejuvenate and you feel better eventually.

Avoiding them makes you feel better. 7) Stay Away – Make sure that you stay away from the people having conversations about nausea and motion sickness. It is always good to divert yourself to something that makes you feel good instead of hearing all those negative talks which affects you indirectly leading to have the same ill effects on you. 8) Seat Facing the Vehicle-

There are some trains and buses which have forward and backward facing seats. It is always better to be seated in forward facing seat. If you can’t then at least try to take a nap. 9) Accept the Situation- Try to listen to your body carefully. If you have had motion sickness before, you can definitely identify when and how it begins.
