CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA
TERMS OF SALE
1) GENERALITÀ Le condizioni che seguono (“Condizioni di vendita”) si applicano alla vendita dei prodotti (di seguito semplicemente “lotti”) che VACCARI S.r.l., con sede in Vignola (Mo), Via M.Buonarroti n.46, e-mail info@vaccari.it tel. 059771251 fax 059760157 (di seguito semplicemente anche il “Venditore”), vende tramite il catalogo “ASTA” (autorizzazione Questura di Modena del 13/4/2018) e per i quali il “Cliente” può inviare offerte presso VACCARI S.r.l., accedendo al sito internet identificato dal nome di dominio www.vaccari.it (il “Sito internet”), ovvero prendendo visione dei lotti sul catalogo di vendita “ASTA”. - Per gli ordini inoltrati tramite il Sito internet, quando si spunta la casella “accetto” nella sezione di riepilogo dell’ordine, si conferma di comprendere e di accettare le presenti Condizioni di vendita nella loro totalità. In caso di rifiuto di queste Condizioni di vendita, non si può ordinare alcun prodotto dal Sito internet. Prima di procedere all’invio delle offerte, tramite la trasmissione del modulo d’ordine, viene richiesto al Cliente di leggere attentamente le Condizioni di vendita, di stamparne una copia e di memorizzarne o di riprodurne una copia per usi personali. Una volta effettuata una verifica attenta dell’ordine, il Cliente deve specificamente accettare le Condizioni di vendita e dare atto che si tratta di un ordine con obbligo di pagare (in caso di aggiudicazione a suo favore) e così spuntare la casella “accetto le condizioni generali di vendita e sono consapevole che si tratta di un ordine con obbligo di pagamento” per confermare l’accettazione globale e vincolante delle Condizioni di vendita e poi cliccare sul pulsante “invia l’ordine” per procedere all’invio delle proprie offerte. - Per gli ordini inoltrati con altri mezzi, con l’invio si conferma di comprendere e accettare le seguenti Condizioni di vendita nella loro totalità. - Il modulo d’ordine viene archiviato presso la banca dati del Venditore per il periodo di tempo necessario all’evasione dell’ordine e comunque nei termini di legge.
1) GENERAL The following conditions (“Terms of Sale”) shall apply to the sale of products (hereinafter simply the “lots”) that VACCARI S.r.l., with offices in Via M.Buonarroti n.46, Vignola (Mo - Italy), e-mail info@vaccari.it, ph. +39 059771251, fax +39 059760157 (hereinafter also simply the “Vendor”), sells through the catalogue “ASTA - AUCTION” (Modena Police Offices Authorization of 13/4/2018) and for which the “Customer” may send bids to VACCARI S.r.l., through the website identified by the domain name www.vaccari.it (the “Website”), or by viewing the lots in the sale catalogue “ASTA - AUCTION”. - For orders placed through the Website, by clicking on the checkbox “I accept” in the order summary section, the Customer confirms that he/ she understands and agrees to these Terms of Sale in their entirety. In the event these Terms of Sale are not accepted, no product may be ordered from the Website. Before sending bids, by sending the order form, the Customer is required to carefully read the Terms of Sale, and to print and save a copy for his/her personal records. After carefully reviewing the order, the Customer must agree to the Terms of Sale and acknowledge that he/she is placing an order with an obligation to pay (in case of knockingdown in his/her favour), by ticking the box “I accept the General terms of sale and I am aware that this is an order with payment obligation” in order to confirm his/her complete and binding acceptance of the Terms of Sale and then click on the button “send your order” to proceed with the sending of his/her bids. - For orders placed by other means, by sending the order the Customer acknowledges that he/she understands and agrees to the following Terms of Sale in their entirety. - The order form will be stored in the Vendor’s database for the amount of time it takes to process the order and as required by law.
2) CHI PUÒ EFFETTUARE GLI ACQUISTI Può effettuare gli acquisti solo chi: (a) abbia raggiunto la maggiore età; (b) abbia la capacità giuridica di stipulare contratti. Se il Cliente è minorenne ovvero non in grado, a termini di legge, di stipulare un contratto, deve essere un genitore o un tutore legale a stipulare un ordine a suo nome e ad accettare queste Condizioni di vendita. Ogni ordine stipulato in contravvenzione alla presente disposizione è nullo.
2) WHO CAN MAKE PURCHASES Purchases may only be made by: (a) persons of legal age, (b) persons with the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If the Customer is a minor or is not legally permitted to enter into a contract, a parent or legal guardian must enter an order and agree to these Terms of Sale on that individual’s behalf. Any order made in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
3) DATI PERSONALI - Per poter effettuare un ordine al Cliente viene richiesto di fornire informazioni personali valide e aggiornate, tra cui nome, cognome, indirizzo di residenza, CAP, codice fiscale (obbligatorio per importi a partire da E3.600,00) ed e-mail, necessarie per l’esecuzione del contratto. - Al momento del perfezionamento dell’ordine viene chiesto al Cliente di fornire altre informazioni personali, tra cui l’indirizzo di spedizione, l’indirizzo di fatturazione, il codice fiscale (ove obbligatorio) e i dettagli di pagamento. - Il Cliente garantisce che tutte le informazioni personali fornite sono veritiere e corrette.
3) PERSONAL DATA - When placing an order the Customer will be requested to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, including his/her name, address, post code, tax code (compulsory for amounts over E3,600.00) and e-mail address for the execution of the contract. - Upon completion of the order process the Customer will be asked to provide further personal information, including shipping address, billing address, tax code (if required), and payment details. - The Customer warrants that all personal information provided is true and correct.
4) DESCRIZIONE DEI LOTTI Tutti i lotti sono garantiti conformi alle descrizioni contenute nel catalogo “ASTA” e nel Sito internet. La descrizione dei lotti è eseguita con la massima cura e certamente in buona fede, indicando per la maggior parte dei lotti la qualità degli stessi e/o dei francobolli. Gran parte dei lotti è riprodotta a colori (anche al Sito internet) e la riproduzione è parte integrante della descrizione. Gli eventuali difetti sono descritti minuziosamente anche se non citati nei certificati peritali allegati. I numeri tra parentesi alla fine delle descrizioni sono esclusivi riferimenti del Venditore. Eventuali modifiche in caso di errori vengono chiaramente segnalate e riportate nel catalogo sul Sito internet che fa pertanto fede.
4) DESCRIPTIONS OF LOTS All lots are guaranteed to meet the descriptions contained in the catalogue “ASTA - AUCTION” and on the Website. The description of the lots is effected with the greatest care and in good faith, stating, for most of them, their quality and/or the postage stamp quality. Most lots have been reproduced in colour (also on the Website) and the reproduction is integral part of the description. Any defect is clearly described even though not stated in the expert certificates included. The numbers in parenthesis at the end of each description indicate the Vendor references. Any changes in case of mistakes are clearly indicated and included in the catalogue on the Website, which is, therefore, the one to be considered valid.
5) PREZZO MINIMO DI PARTENZA Nella descrizione di ogni lotto del catalogo “ASTA” è indicato il prezzo di base - o minimo di partenza - espresso in euro. Offerte inferiori al prezzo base non vengono prese in considerazione. Eventuali modifiche in caso di errori vengono chiaramente segnalate e riportate nel catalogo sul Sito internet che fa pertanto fede.
5) MINIMUM PRICE AGREED In the description of each lot in the catalogue “ASTA - AUCTION” the reserve - or minimum price agreed - is expressed in euro. Bids below that price will not be taken into consideration. Any changes in case of mistakes are clearly indicated and included in the catalogue on the Website, which is, therefore, the one to be considered valid. Asta pubblica e live 11 giugno 2022
