He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with a B .A . in Political Science and worked in the international baseball business for years . CHO has studied filmmaking since he was accepted into the K'ARTS School of Film, TV & Multimedia (Graduate) and received a government funding for his first feature-length film “GOOD DEAL " .
