EXHIBITION “METÁFORA” BY PEDRO CORREIA

From the 7th to the 30th of April, the Aderita Artistic Space Gallery and Vale do Lobo Art Gallery are presenting a new exhibition by artist Pedro Correia. Named "Metáfora" ("Metaphor"), it is a surprising showcase of talent and creativity. Originally from Angola, Pedro Correia currently lives in Lagos and is a resident artist at the LAC –Laboratory for Creative Activities, as well as being one of the association's directors. Pedro Correia's preferred form of artistic expression is sculpture, although he also focuses on painting, installation and video. He has worked with a variety of materials over the years and throughout his career, opting for those that best lend themselves to his intended outcomes. Having participated in numerous individual and group exhibitions, the artist also curates the LAC's regular exhibitions and the itinerant exhibition that the association stages in various Portuguese cities and galleries. Additionally, he was the winner of the UCCLA Prize for Literature in 2019.

Come and see for yourself. We think you'll be surprised!
