NEW LOCATION FOR THE PILATES STUDIO
The Pilates Studio by Teresa Gonçalves recently moved to a new location and can now be found in the indoor space of the Experiences Studio at Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy. This new location provides a bigger space for the lessons, during which training always focuses on the individual needs of each class member. The instructors at the studio are trained physiotherapists, which means that they have a more clinical and meticulous appreciation of the human body. Come and see this exciting and welcoming new space for yourself while you participate in a session at the Pilates Clinic. Here, you will find the perfect ambience of calmness and serenity in which to train both body and mind.
