Biography The Art world always took a fundamental place in my life. Although photography has always been one of my main interests, I chose to dedicate myself to this art while studying at the Academy of Brera (Milan). At this stage of my artistic career I discovered a way to make contemporary and conceptual photography using the different coated and techniques that I knew. As I was deeply fascinated, I have undertaken photography’s studies in parallel with those in Art. Painting requires patience and too much time for my own nature. Photography is the medium that best suits my impatient nature but I discovered it could give me a pleasant feeling of waiting while developing the film roll. I started to study Photography as I wanted to learn the technique and develop my own style. Now, my goal is to make a photograph that leaves the conventional and keep my cultural background but which matches with the market demand. In every photograph there is the subject portrayed, I talk about him, but also a little bit about myself. I love photographing subjects that are able to transmit, not only personality but also their own experience and what they are dedicated to. That is why part of my work consists in making portrait of artists and documenting musical events which have always been part of my life. In fashion photographs, I generally seek a form of “unfinished result”, a sort of backstage shots. I often select these “out the set shots” and integrate them as a fundamental part of the final work. Currently I live and work in Barcelona, Spain.
