LEBE DESIGN your home everywhere FEB, 2017 THESIS PROJECT
in collaboration with Sergio David
Progetto di tesi sviluppato in collaborazione con Valentina Salvia. Prevede la creazione della start-up LebeDesign il cui obiettivo è farci sentire a casa tramite la luce. Da qui nasce la nostra collezione di lampade che si presenta con una successione di cinque famiglie di oggetti luminosi, differenti per forma, tecnologie, materiali e lavorazioni, ma allo stesso tempo simili per la loro forza espressiva. La collezione rappresenta il nostro modo di intendere il design a 360 gradi.
Thesis project developed in collaboration with Valentina Salvia. We have created a start-up named LebeDesign, in order to make us feeling at home through the light. Hence our collection of lamps, different for shape, technology, materials and manufacturing, but similar for their emotive strenght. The entire collection provides our 360° approach to design in order to manage the whole creative process.

//POLLICINO “You will find your way home�
Luce come oggetto in movimento, metafora del nomade. Pollicino incarna il viaggiatore che ritrova sempre la via di casa, il luogo in cui ci rechiamo quando siamo stanchi e abbiamo bisogno di ricaricarci. Portare la luce sempre con noi, inclinarla, giocarci, contemplarla; da questa idea nasce Pollicino.
Light treated as a moving object, metaphor of the nomad. Pollicino embodies the traveler who always finds the way home, the place where to go when you feel tired an need to recharge your soul. To bring the light always with us, to tilt it, playing with it and contemplate it; This is the concept of Pollicino lamp.

Extremization of the form-function principle. It’s the result of a reduction process of a classic table lamp profile. As Bruno Munari taught us: Complicating is easy, simplifying is difficult.

Luce volumetrica e struttura minimal. La tecnologia al servizio di un elegante gioco di luci e ombre. Geometria essenziale, eleganza dei materiali per creare una luce carica di significato.
Ambient light and minimal structure. In this project, technology is at the service of an elegant theatre of light and shadow. Essential geometry, elegance of materials to create a meaningful light.

L’ utente può personalizzare la forma di questa lampada grazie a un elemento snodabile. Pipe dialogherà con l’ambiente in infiniti modi.
Users can customize the shape of this lamp by an articulated item placed on topside. Pipe lamp will engage with environment in countless ways.

Elemento sempre in divenire che fornisce infinite soluzioni stilistiche. Strip esce dalla logica del prodotto finito. La texturizzazione rende ogni lampada un pezzo unico.
Always evolving element that provides endless stylistic solutions. Strip get out of the end product principle. Thanks to its particular texturization, each lamp become a unique piece.

STONE Outdoor furniture contest NOV/2016 PROJECT SELECTED
Un elemento di arredo da esterno realizzato mediante stampaggio rotazionale di materie plastiche. Per la forma, mi sono ispirata alla pietra levigata dall’azione delle onde del mare. Il risultato è un oggetto sinuoso e organico che si sposa a pieno con l’ambiente che lo circonda.
Outdoor furniture element produced with rotationat molding plastic. The shape is inspired by the stone polished by the action of the sea waves. The result is an elegant and organic design that goes perfectly with his surrounding environment.

30° ANNIVERSARIO KALEYA JULY, 2017 GRAPHIC DESIGN CONTEST 1st AWARD WINNING PROJECT
In occasione del trentesimo anniversario della profumeria Kaleya è stato indotto un concorso per disegnare una locandina. Ho progettato un volantino creativo perchè una volta piegato secondo le linee guida sul retro diventa una scatola a base triangolare con una texture bianca e fucsia, colori tipici del brand Kaleya
During his 30th anniversary, Kaleya perfume shop, invited designers to create a fresh and suggestive poster or brochure providing clearly all of his brand aspects. I designed a flyer covered with a magenta and white texture. By using dashed guidelines drawn on his back end, you can create a cosmetic packaging.

Il megastore Hema è un luogo dinamico e multifunzionale. L’obiettivo è quello di creare uno spazio in cui coesistono diverse attività. lo spazio architettonico è pensato nei minimi dettagli e caratterizzato da diversi materiali e finiture.
Hema Store is a dynamic multifunctional shops. The concept, similar to the modern airports, is to have many differents activities and functions inside a building. The architecture is elaborate and chacacterized by different materials and furnitures.
Le immagini mostrano l’attenzione ai materiali e finiture nelle varie zone dello store da parte del team Area-17 .

DISPENSA EMILIA JULY/SEPT-2017 INTERIOR DESIGN (I Gigli, Firenze) @ Area-17
Dispensa Emilia è una nuova interpretazione della classica tigelleria emiliana. Qualità è la parola d’ordine nel nuovo ristorante: qualità dei prodotti e qualità del design. Gli interni, contemporanei e funzionali, si sviluppano attorno a un’isola centrale, dove la preparazione a vista dei piatti diventa protagonista.
Dispensa Emilia is a new interpretation of the classic Emilian tigelleria. Quality is the keyword in the new restaurant: product quality and design quality. The interiors, contemporary and functional, are developed around a central island, where visual preparation of dishes becomes the protagonist.

Il lavoro è stato articolato in varie fasi, dal rilievo di circa 15 prodotti alla modellazione al rendering. Si tratta di una serie di complementi di arredo in stile classico disegnati e realizzati dalla l’Artes, azienda che opera nel settore da più di cinquant’anni. The work was articulated in three steps, from the survey of 15 furniture elements to modeling and rendering. A serie of classic style furnishing accessories designed and manufactured by l’Artes, a company operating in the sector from more than fifty years.
