The Zenith is situated in Boyana, a suburb of the capital city of Sofia, at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, west of the President's Residence . It is located in the southern part, which is considered the most exclusive district of the city, where there are luxurious houses, villas and the diplomat members’ club. The Zenith enjoys a spectacular view towards both Vitosha Mountain and the city, it is ten minutes away from Sofia's city-centre and five minutes from Vitosha ski resort. The Valley of Roses is an area that covers 1,200 square miles of land south of the Balkan Mountains. Sofia is one of the few European capital cities with suburban ski opportunities. The Vitosha Mountain is situated in the south part of the city and the ski-lift is 5 minutes drive from the Luxury Zenith Complex and less than 20 minutes drive from the city center. Vitosha is a calm mountain which offers 15 ski runs (accumulated length of 29 km), suitable from beginners to professionals. There are two lifts to Vitosha ski resorts. One is 5 minutes away from The Zenith and the other is 7 minutes away. There is a night skiing session, which opens until 10 pm everyday to satisfy the need of working class, who prefer to relax after work during winter. Bulgaria has beautiful and friendly mountains with a lot of skiing opportunities and nicely built resorts. The most famous ones are at Bansko, Pamporovo and Borovets. The closest ski resort to Sofia is the Borovets Resort, locating in the Rila Mountain. It is within 75 minutes drive from the city. The place offers winter ski trails and lifts, as well as spring - summer SPA and wellness experience.
