Most of their apartment planning were tried to estimate contemporary standarts of housing. Nonetheless, aſter 40-ty years all those constructions need renovation. Even if the process founded on principles of sanitation, functionality and limiting energy, the social context still not estimated. So the question of human as the priority of the hierarchical structure is not resolved. No doubts, it is necessary to implement all qualities of sustainable principles of renovation, but it is equally essential to focus on people’s needs and the methods which are usefull tool to satisfy their envisions of residential life. Reconstruction of residential district The chosen district ďŹ lled by XX-century economy-brick-styled buildings. During the further analysis, it was found that district has the snugly infrastructure which based on existed in Soviet union period rules and norms. According to them, the following infrastructure practically shows the ratio between amount of tenants and social house conformity with the idea to ensure basic conditions for primary education and work transportation. Suchwise a district planned with 15 minutes pedestrian accessibility to the nearest bus stop and adjoined to the city highway. Other groups and needs were neglected. The leisure estimated by Otradnyi park. In spite of functional urban planning and humanistic house altitude, the site is urgently out of human’s public life to envision. In this way, the district needs proposals which tend to resolve social disfunction. Proposed below ideas shows up architectural methods of the environment changing. These propositions might refresh so-soviet-union space and bring more human-oriented activities: cycling roads, kinder yards, places of relaxation in tight proximity to apartments.
