We've put together this handy overview of our permissions to help you check what is or isn't included in your housing agreement.
A) Needs no permission
Shed (Backyard/garden only. As long as garden is not communal) - The size must be no larger than 3m in depth, 2.45m in height and 2.45m in width. (10ft D x 8ft H x 6ft W)
Greenhouse (Backyard/garden only. As long as garden is not communal) – The size must be no larger than 3m in depth, 2.45m in height and 2.45m in width. (10ft D x 8ft H x 6ft W)
Gate Compost bin
Please note, sheds and greenhouses must not be placed against any fence or structures.
B) Needs written permission
