Performance under control

Valera develops its hairdryers for intense use in a professional ambience. The aim is to fully satisfy hairstylists in their daily work in terms of best functioning of their working tools.

Improper use, like partial closure of the air inlet grill or practising styling techniques too close to the hair, as well as dirt and clogging inside the dryer, can compromise the smooth flow of air from the inlet to the outlet and affect the hairdryer’s performance and durability.

Valera has developed the eQ-AIRcontroller, a smart solution to keep the proper air flow and operation of the dryer under control. Intelligent microprocessors have been designed to continuously check multiple parameters of the airstream production of the hairdryer.

As soon as the eQ-AIRcontroller detects any value below a defined threshold, it indicates that there is an impediment to a clear air flow or a malfunction of the dryer.

In case of a fixed red light, turn off the hairdryer, clean the air inlet grill, clean the air outlet grill and keep the dryer at a minimal distance of 2 cm from the hair or any obstacle. If the light still stays fixed red, please contact the nearest Valera Service Center.

In its continued efforts for an optimisation of the airflow to increase the performance of hairdryers, Valera has added another focus: Why not optimising the quality of the air and ambience to make hair drying and styling a more healthy and safe experience, both in the salon and at home?

It is known that ionization helps to clean the air, having a similar effect as breathing fresh air while out in nature, in the mountains, in a forest, near a waterfall or on the beach. Can it also help to reduce the spread of bacteria? Valera shows that it is possible and has equipped its hairdryers with SANIFY, a sanitizing system working as a balanced interaction of temperature, special ionization and power of the airflow. BLDC ENDURO MOTOR

BLDC motors, with four powerful magnets, guarantee a service life of up to 10,000 hours (5 times longer than AC motors) and the prevention of environmental pollution through carbon dust emission. At the same time, they are even lightweight.

AC-PERFORMANCE MOTOR

AC (Alternated Current) motors are collector motors built to satisfy the special needs of hairdressers. They produce a high air flow and pressure and have a very long life. The expected average life of this motor is approx. 2000 hours.

DELTA-DRIVE MOTOR

Designed for excellent performance. Delta - Δ - stands for significantly more power which DELTA-DRIVE motors achieve in comparison with traditional permanent magnet motors.

All Valera hairdryers meet the highest safety standards. Swiss Secure Jet 7600 offers additional protection. It is equipped with an ElectroStop® residual current device integrated in the plug.

Swiss Secure Jet 7600 is the ideal hairdryer for those who want maximum protection without sacrificing professional performance.

Ideal for families and for protection in case of unwary or uncontrolled use (e.g. by children or elderly persons, in damp rooms, near water, in case of material damage, etc.).

ElectroStop® is a residual current device integrated in the plug that automatically switches the device off in the event of a power leakage (contact with liquids, uncovered electrical cable, etc.). The residual current sensitivity is up to ≤15 mA (rated residual current), which is higher than the ≤30 mA of common residual current circuit breakers installed in buildings.

The function is activated automatically. First press the ON/RESET button on the plug, and then press the airflow switch on the handle as usual.

It's that simple:
