During the period of April to June 2015, PIK undertook the following activities:
Working with the national and county government leaders to create awareness on Gender Based Violence. Supporting the Kisumu county children's assembly forum.
Facilitating the commemoration of the Day of the African child both at the county and national level. Facilitating women leadership forum on their roles in the community. Held a media tour to highlight on the strides made by PIK in addressing Gender Based Violence (GBV) in Nandi County. PIK was invited to participate in the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, East African Conference Expo.
