Theater Training for Budding Actors

Musical Theatre of Anthem offers a variety of classes and workshops for kids wishing to give theater a try or improve their skills.
Mainstay courses such as Audition Prep and Cold Reading classes helps young actors learn how to showcase their acting competence and help ace their audition.
Scene/Film Study, Improv, and Theatre Home
School classes give actors the skills, background knowledge, and confidence they need to explore their characters.
“We offer a variety of skill sets to help make these young actors well rounded and confident in their craft, and in life, so that whether they are on the stage or off, they can utilize what they learned while taking classes at MTA,” said Sierra MTA offers classes and workshops to help young actors gain confidence.

New this year, a 24 Hour Theatre Project will offer
participants an opportunity to write, cast, design, stage and perform a full act in an overnight 24-hour workshop in December. Also, a Haunted House
Workshop is planned for October for ages 8–14. Auditions are scheduled for 7 p.m., Oct. 4.
