Tip: Show interest in them without prying. Asking where they are from, their kids' names and ages, or how they heard about New Calvary are great ways to open up a conversation and then see where it goes from there.

Sunday Morning Welcome done by the greeters

Make a bigger deal out of visitors Visitors’ gifts, i.e., popcorn with a ribbon- labeled “Thanks for "popping in!" with our basic information on them

“Worship With Us” cards are to be given to parishioners to pass out to family, friends, and co-workers on the 2nd Sunday.

Greeter Training/Orientation

Make the comment card box more visible to receive cards after services with a greeter waiting to receive the visitor.
