BlackGold Days family-friendly festival is in its 45th year, and is located in BlackGold Park in Glenpool, Oklahoma. It runs from Sept. 28 through Oct. 1 with more than 10,000 attendees expected to experience the largest event of the year for the community. It also attracts vendors from all over Oklahoma and surrounding states. VIP Night is free for sponsors on Sept. 28; $1 carnivalride night is Sept. 28; included in the festival is a KidZone, a pie-baking contest, a chili cook-off, a petting zoo, carnival rides and a beer garden.
