CHILDREN CENTRE

Children centre was my graduation project. This project aimed to training purposes, foster

ing talents, traditional educational and celebrate physical activities for children from 4 - 14. The construction bring a contemporary breath on shapes. Architecture design base on basic shapes, such as square, round, curves and was painted with bright and vivid colors to harmonize for the main object is childrens. The renovation design have to connect with the avaiable architecture. Safety factor was the top priority, so need to use open design to conveniently observations children. New pallete mix from avaiable colors to create more color shades which more diversity but still harmony with condition archutecture.

Toy store was connected with cafeteria, within only a short hallway distance. Space was designed open, limitted partitions and is attractive with briliant colors and icons, shapes, cubes were interesting mixtured.

This area have the advantage of the approachable location and the large scale space, is extremly airy and bright. There is a unification from floor, ceiling to interior by round - corner shapes and rounds were used, created the connection of space and a friendly air for kids.

Play room was designed open to easy manager kid with safety materials and creative toys, so children can play safe by their own way.

Library

Library was seperated to 2 individual zone: active and static, to suitable for different demands and hobbies of each childrens.

Freedom reading area (Active zone) is mostly for 4 to 10 ages of children, who are obstreperous and don’t sit still for reading.

Quiet reading area is mostly for teens, who like reading books in static zone. This area‘s design was used less color to help them focus on reading books.
