V 10th – 16th FEBRUARY 2013 Bangkok/Buriram, THAILAND


ITINERARY DAY 1 – Sunday, Feb 10 Board your flight in Brisbane to Bangkok. On arrival, the group will be met and transferred to your hotel For anyone already travelling to the Sydney FC game on this day, we can arrange flights from Sydney to Bangkok on Monday morning to meet with the rest of the group, then returning into Brisbane Day 2 – Monday, Feb 11 After a relaxing night from your flight, we embark on a full day Bangkok City tour. See the Ancient City, Floating Markets, Bangkok Riverside, as well as other must see sites on this full guided trip. Tonight we have a group dinner to allow everyone to get to know each other a bit better. Day 3 – Tuesday, Feb 12 Today, we move away from the main tourist spots for a little bit more of Thailand culture on this day tour. See how the locals live, take a ride on a Tuk Tuk, and see some of the hidden gems in this vibrant city. Tonight is another chance to take in the incredible nightlife that the city has to offer as we take you to some of the popular areas within the city. DAY 4 – Wednesday, Feb 13 Today is game day, but is also full of activities and sights. In the morning, we depart on our coach to Buri Ram. With several sightseeing stops along the way, we get the chance to see the beautiful countryside of Thailand. Our local guide will give you a full history of the sights that you will have the chance to experience. On arrival into Buriram, we check into our hotel and get into game mode. We have arranged a pre-match function including food and drink to help everyone get into the spirit. After loosening the vocal chords, we head off to the match at Buri Ram FC home stadium. With a capacity of 24,000, it is sure to be a full house as they attempt to qualify for the ACL. After the game, celebrations will be in order, as we look forward to the ACL proper. A long night is assured no matter what the result. DAY 5 – Thursday, Feb 14 After a late rise, we travel back to Bangkok, stopping along the way at more of the local attractions. The most famous is Wat Khao Angkhan, a temple atop an extinct volcano. With no public transport in the area, this is a unique opportunity to see this site dating back to the 8 th century. With further stops along the way, we will arrive back in to Bangkok in the late afternoon. The evening is free for you to either relax after a busy couple of days or continue your nocturnal adventure in the city that is always full of life. DAY 6 – Friday, Feb 15 This a free day for you to explore the sights and of Bangkok. Take in some more of the sights, do some shopping, or just relax and enjoy this fantastic city. In the evening, we will have a special dinner planned for your final night.


DAY 7 – Saturday, Feb 16 You have most of the day for last minute sightseeing and activities. In the evening we will transport you to the airport for your overnight flight back to Brisbane, arriving back in time to attend the match against Wellington Phoenix at 4pm on Sunday
