SO I can't recall all the names and locations they show at the Anatolia festival...but below is one of the castles...and they actually had persons dressed up as a king & queen et al posing for pictures..

...and as you enter the fairgrounds they have various other persons dressed up according to the various historical elements they are replicating..

...everything is life-size...so you might never know these are props rather than the real thing based on the pics alone...if you weren't told or had a very discerning eye..

...albeit depending on the angle some pics are more revealing than others

MY LOVE & PRAYERS for ANATOLIA (TURKEY et al) ...so you might think I actually visited the Anatolia region based on some of these pics, but actually this is a "replica" of various famous landmarks and locations in Anatolia...

...they came to the OC Fairgrounds in Orange County, California and set up this incredible "set" of sorts... you could literally film a movie here using all the props as background...

...they are here from May 16 to May 19, 2013...I've spent a few hours of the last three days..and will probably go one last time tomorrow...and have already learned SO MUCH I didn't know or appreciate...it re-vitalized my knowledge and interest in the area...and especially as a Christian reminded me of how MUCH CHRISTIAN HISTORY there is in Anatolia...

....and of course there is much other religious history including Muslim history in the area... and it's been interesting to see and hear about the Islam religion as well, albeit as a Christian evangelist I can't help but think evangelically about our Muslim brothers & sisters and keep them in my thoughts & prayers that they will accept Jesus Christ as their true Savior..
