And you can also use this as a an example to create your own version.... And everytime you pray you should be making marks on the page showing you are praying. For example, if you are praying for the homeless, you can make a slash or "bar gate 5 tally " method (if you don't know what this is try searching for it under google images. Or if you do not want to use up too much paper too quickly just repeat "homeless"
