TOOLS USED: Opacity, Changing colors of the image, Tracing, Soft Eraser. STORY: The middle picture of Harry Styles is from 2014. It was when he was not very open with wearing what he likes & wants to wear. But fast forward to 2020 & 2021, Harry has become more open with wearing what he wants to wear in front of the world. This Double Exposure image is depicting just that.

REAL IMAGE

TRACED

SWATCHES

The entire tracing was done with DESCRIPTION

the textures I found over the net which completely matched my idea of what I wanted the design of the bag to be like. I first traced down the entire structure of the bad from the real image. Then, I collected the textures & then made swatches in the Adobe Illustrator itself. I tried using at least 5 different swatches after which I land to these 3 swatches which completely resonated my idea.

REAL IMAGE

TRACED

For this Lipstick, in Adobe Illustrator, I first traced down all the nooks & corners of the real image. I then created different gradients to match with the color present in every small / big area of this product. I created little boxes that could be used as shadow & lowered its opacity. After the filling up the colors of the product was done, I took the entire traced image to Adobe Photoshop & worked on making its shadow look more like a shadow by erasing corners through soft eraser in the Photoshop. I then saved the image.

REAL IMAGE TRACED

SWATCHES

For this pair of traced shoes, I first traced all the parts of the heels in Adobe DESCRIPTION

Illustrator & then with the help of clipping mask, I completely filled up all the parts. I used a little bit of color too for shadows & the lowest part of the heel. I took the entire shoe now to Adobe Photoshop, I first corrected the shadows through soft eraser & let the heel get an elegant shadow. I used dodge & burn tools to make the shadows more prominent on the heels itself I then duplicated my entire traced heel to get another one to make a pair. I then played perspective a little to get it displayed the way it is now shown in the image.

Reflection

This part of the module so far has been among one of the bests & I would like to thank Suditi Srivastava ma'am for it. I have already loved doing digital work in the past but the way Suditi ma'am took classes really opened up my mind to enjoy even more than I already did, out of CAD classes & work. I personally loved creating outfits on croquis that was given to us as the last task. I would once again like to thank Suditi ma'am for being a constant guidance throughout all of our issues & problems & also for giving us the opportunity to do these completely interesting tasks. I would also like to thank Pearl for giving us such wonderful opportunities along with great faculty.
