Hey there , Im Varsha, an enthusiastic person when it comes to exploring or creating new things each day, and i also believe i can contribute my knowledege and to learn many new things from my peers and colleagues and give my best possible output.

To create Multi-functional educational space that will cater to 200 students from the age group of 5 to 11 years. Students are encouraged to question the boundaries between “learning” and “play” and ca ter to educational experiences that allow learning to happen anywhe re.

The project required 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk units adding upto a total of 25 units of houses.Along with co working spaces parks for recreations and commercial spaces with public access together with parking facilites.

A public building in the admist of a very much populated people traffic zone. A building with much importance and iconicity was intended. And by responding with the current townhall context the swirl came into the site.

Why are all courts so scary! Or why does court houses not a lively place to be at.Is it uncomfortable? Or the experience is uncomfortable? Answering these question with possible design solutions such as transparency and easy navigation with the help of proper circulation , elevates the newly thought deisgn of court buildings across India.

PROJECT BREIF:

This design will attempt to look at this building type as one that shares space with other social and public functions making it approachable and fitting to the present day working of the city. And also the need to understand the working of a court building in Bangalore to evolve a new character for the urban formal. also attempt to explore the newness that contemporary materials and technology can offer toan existing formal typology such as a court complex. Thereby addressing the current conservative building image it holds.

Building facade composing of rectangular and squarish panels of corten steel and glass inoder to highlight the places of public to be transparent enough to outcast and normalize a court building in the society and the use of corten steel in elevation to denote the ageing and highlight the hierarchy the building serves in the city context.
