I grew up in a beautiful city – Cheboksary, Chuvash republic, Russia. It’s inhabited by a national minority – Chuvash. Chuvash people have their own national traditions and their own Chuvash language.

All the official papers and announcements in Chuvash republic are performed in two languages – Russian and Chuvash. The city is famous for its’ beer – there is a beer factory with its’ products distributed all over Russia and the dancing mayor, who once got in the news while dancing and the video became viral.

I studied Private International Law in the Moscow University of International Relations (never really liked law, but though it’s kind of a good fundamental education to have) and Portuguese language (love Portuguese culture ever since).
My brother and sister live in Israel, it’s my second home. I also love to travel, I’ve been to 23 countries, the biggest number of times to Turkey (6 times) –during the pandemic I’ve taken multiple road trips there and explored different facets of this beautiful country.

I spent my sophomore year as an exchange student in the USA. Town of Sugar Camp, Wisconsin. Ever since then I wanted to be a part of international community and collaborate with people all over the world.

I live with my husband Alex and our dog Barny. We got Barny when he was just 3 weeks old, a man found him in the street and was looking for someone to adopt him. We knew right away, that he would become a part of our family. Barny got his name, because when he was small, he looked just like the little bear on the Mondelez cookies pack. My favourite pastime is watching videos about interior designs on YouTube and reading newsletters about tech innovations. I also love hiking and spending time in the nature, it gives me andenergyinspiration. my hometown� Barny

Last 2,5 years I’ve worked at TikTok Eastern Europe, where I was leading Client Solutions team responsible for Key Accounts. We launched branding campaigns for major advertisers on TikTok. I was one of the few people that were on TikTok Eastern Europe team from the very begging of its’ launch in the region and saw the business grow from 0 to hundreds of mlns $$$.

I am very excited to move on and to join Issuu as I see it as a great platform that enables businesses and creators to reach their audience and deliver their messages to potential clients and users. I think it’s a very powerful tool to let the stories be heard. It’s also precious for me to embrace this chance to work with great talents with diverse backgrounds coming from all over the world.
I enjoy being with people and I think that my natural gift is that my energy and enthusiasm for work get contagious

I work best in the atmosphere of constant change and innovation and have the “comfortable with being uncomfortable” attitude. Challenges excite me
Even though I am used to being around people most of the time at work, I try to keep at least one day per week with minimum meetings and leave it for tasks that demand creativity and deep thoughts My best time for deep work is 10AM-1PM I think that feedback is a gift.
