SUMMARY
I am seeking a full time position and open to work in design oriented, BIM and project management teams. My background in architecture will help me to contribute better across various spectrums in the construction field. I would describe myself as someone with strong design, management and analytical skills. I aim to leverage my skill set for my future career in these fields. EXPERIENCE
Edifice, Chennai. Architect (06 Months; Feb, 2021 to July, 2021). Developed conceptual to detailed designs for different types of projects. Handled projects on various scales i.e., a fourteen-floor apartment project (design and coordination), an international school (design), and residential projects. Coordinated with different stakeholders for design management. Homeland Design Studio, Tirupattur, Tamilnadu. Architect (07 Months; July, 2020 to January, 2021). Developed design, detail drawings, and approval drawings, of a 5000 sq.mt built-up area marriage hall project then coordinated with the client and contractor. Represented the chief architect on the construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections. Produced Interior drawings, exterior elevation designs, and 3d visualization for various residential and commercial projects in Tirupattur.

Vivekananda associates, Tiruvannamalai, Tamilnadu. Valuation assistant (01 Month; June, 2022 to July, 2022). Conducted site visits and carried out various works in preparing valuation reports. Assisted bank managers in site visits and coordinated between the client and the bank. Prepared final valuation reports for Residential & Commercial Buildings. Kraft Design Revolutions, Chennai. Architectural assistant (05 Months; June, 2018 to October, 2018). Participated in mostly all phases of the design and construction processes on 3 projects two residential projects and one commercial project. Produced working drawings, conceptual and detailed 3Dmodels and assisted the clients throughout the projects. Clients had a very good satisfaction rate.
