OYSTER GRANDE CLUB HOUSE X1 Club House X1 is a part of township and designed for the people living there. The brie ng was to have blend full mixture of Nature and . To give peaceful and calm environment through the interiors. The space consist of a cafe, Banquet, Swimming pool, Changing rooms, Gymnasium, Kids Play area, Pool area, Salon and Terrace Party area. In this positive sense, mental health is the foundation for individual wellbeing and the effective functioning of a community.”- WHO The proj ect deals with 2main issues which are social and spatial. Social issue deals with the physical and social environment where patients needs to communicate more with others but they ended up living in ISOLATION. Spatial issues deals with the enclosed space in which patients live and recover. It is very important to give them space which is surrounded by nature and have very less environment stressors. The combination of these two issues gives a base to my proj ect which is to break the ISOLATION inside and outside.
