gngDear Member of laChaîne in Canada, I hope this edition of our Canadian Newsletter finds you well! Such a wonderful feeling of seeing things back to normal! Events at all 12 of our Bailliages are in full swing.... attendance has been at capacity!

I encourage you to take time to review the many pages of this edition. By now,you should have all received my invitation and link to participate and sign up for the 2023 Canadian Grand Chapître in Toronto (October 26 – 28). This newsletter provides more information about the many wonderful events that have been planned. These include once in a lifetime experiences. Don't miss these very special opportunities.

The Grand Chapître in Toronto will also be the first year in many where most of our Bailliages will be able to send participants to the 2023 Canadian Jeunes Chef Competition. It feels great to be able to again provide our young culinarians the opportunity to once again complete and 'sharpen' their skills.
