Tomorrow: Q&A Webinar for Vaya Health Network Providers Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. Q&A Webinars for Vaya Network Providers take place every two weeks and are an important source of the most up-to-date information. Registration is not required. All Vaya network providers are encouraged to join.

December 2020 COVID-19 Hardship Payment Request Deadline – LAST CALL COVID-19 Provider Hardship Form submissions for December 2020 payments are due Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021. Starting Monday, Feb. 1, 2021, Vaya will begin accepting hardship requests from providers that meet established criteria and are exhibiting a financial hardship for January dates of service as evidenced by their January billed claims. Vaya will allow hardship requests until the end of North Carolina’s Phase 3. Learn more: COVID-19 Provider Hardship Form
TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Training (NEW DATES) Multiple dates through July 2021 Two hours of your time could help save a life. Vaya's Provider and Community Education Team
will offer free, web-based “Question, Persuade, Refer” (QPR) suicide prevention trainings through July 2021. Trainings will be offered on the second Tuesday (2:30 – 4:30 p.m.) and fourth Tuesday (9 – 11 a.m.) of each month. Each training is limited to 30 participants.
