Continuation of Funding for Non-Medicaid Funded ACTT and CST Vaya will continue to allow utilization of Non-Medicaid/State funds for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Community Support Team (CST) through June 30, 2021 to better support uninsured members. For providers without a capitated contract, this limited benefit will continue to require prior authorization and will be paid on a fee-for-service basis. If your organization currently has a capitated contract with Vaya, we will be reaching out to them to discuss the terms of this extension. If you experience any difficulty in submitting SARs or with ACTT or CST claims, please notify your assigned provider network manager. Medicaid and NC Health Choice Provider and Health Plan Lookup Tool The Medicaid and NC Health Choice Provider and Health Plan Lookup Tool is now available to the public and can be found by clicking here. The provider directory contains all active Medicaid and NC Health Choice providers, including primary care providers, specialists, hospitals and organizations. Providers are encouraged to use this tool to confirm the availability and accuracy of information contained in their NCTracks provider enrollment record. The authenticated portal will be available to beneficiaries beginning March 1, 2021.
