Q&A Webinar for Vaya Network Providers - Feb. 5, 2021

Head-Heart Connection Challenge In 2021, it’s more important than ever to educate others about the lesser known role heart health plays in behavioral health and a person’s general wellbeing. Vaya is doing their part by celebrating American Heart Month this February with a 28-day Head-Heart Connection Challenge where people are encouraged to take one small step each day to improve their health (both physical and behavioral). Please join us in the celebration by wearing red on “National Wear Red Day” - Friday, February 5, 2021 . Take a photo of yourself and/or your co-workers in red and send it to OfficeOfCommunications@Vayahealth.com. Include a tip for staying healthy along with your photo and we will post both on Vaya’s social media channels that same day. Here are a few tips for making it easy and ensuring you get the best photo possible: 1. Wear something red – a shirt, sweater, tie or anything fun to show your support of Wear Red Day. Spread the word and if you have co-workers nearby, ask them to join you! 2. If you are taking a “selfie”, hold your phone at eye level angled slightly downward to get the most natural looking image. Not the selfie expert? Ask someone in the office to take your photo (using their own phone to stay socially distanced). Even strangers are often happy to play photographer for a moment. 3. Take several shots to be sure you get at least one good one. 4. Export your photo as “Actual Size” to get the best resolution and clearest picture.

5. Email your photo and healthy tip to OfficeOfCommunications@Vayahealth.com. 6. You’re done! We are proud of our providers and there is no one better to educate and inspire individuals to get healthier in the new year. We hope you will join us in celebrating American Heart Month and we thank you ahead of time for your participation!
