Q&A Webinar for Vaya Health Network Providers Date change due to holiday: Thursday, April 1, 2021, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. Q&A Webinars for Vaya Network Providers take place every two weeks and are an important source of the most up-to-date information. Registration is not required. All Vaya network providers are encouraged to join.
February 2021 COVID-19 Hardship Payment Request Deadline – LAST CALL COVID-19 Provider Hardship Form submissions for February 2021 payments are due Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Starting Thursday, April 1, 2021, Vaya will begin accepting hardship requests from providers that meet established criteria and are exhibiting a financial hardship for March dates of service as evidenced by their March billed claims. TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES Peer Mentor Training Pilot for People with IDD The N.C. Council on Developmental Disabilities (NCCDD) is recruiting approximately 15 people to participate in a pilot Peer Mentor training for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities (IDD). The pilot class will serve as a focus group to evaluate the training curriculum and any employment outcomes that result from the training. Individuals will receive a stipend of $300 from NCCDD to participate in the pilot and complete a pre-training and post-training evaluation. Applications are due Friday, April 2, 2021 .
