A touchpoint is defined as a point of contact or interaction, especially between a business organization and its customers or consumers. The contact may occur in person, through a website, an app, or any other form of communication. Vaya’s Provider Touchpoint is your source for the latest information on topics that affect Vaya network providers. We encourage all network providers to attend. Registration is not required. The link to each webinar is published both the week prior to and the week of the event in the Provider Communication Bulletin.

State-Funded Residential Supports (I/DD & TBI) Service and Supported Living Periodic (SLP) (I/DD & TBI) Service Effective June 1, 2022, the NC Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services (Division of MHDDSAS) will implement two State-Funded Service definitions under the I/DD & TBI benefit plan. This implementation does not affect individuals receiving only mental health and/or substance use disorder services. For more information, please review the memo linked below. This series will provide information on existing resources, promote mental health and wellbeing, and share best practices in care. The series offers weekly webinars throughout the month. Vaya Health Provider Advisory Council Monthly Meeting Wednesday, May 18, 2022, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. All Vaya network providers are encouraged to attend and participate in the monthly Provider Advisory Council (PAC) meetings. The PAC serves as an advisory body to Vaya on provider-related issues. The PAC operates pursuant to a set of bylaws and is a self-governing committee.
