Retroactive Medicaid Rate Increases We recognize that our network providers are working hard to maintain critical services and supports for Vaya members during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are pleased to announce continuing and new rate enhancements to support providers. For more information, please review the full Provider Network Memo.
REMINDER: Resubmitting an Incident in IRIS When resubmitting an incident in IRIS, remember to click “Re-submit” instead of only saving. Vaya cannot view resubmissions that have been saved but not resubmitted. To resubmit an IRIS incident, follow these steps: 1. Visit the Supervisor Actions section of the report. 2. Open the Incident Submission section. 3. Go to the bottom section of the page (there is a description section that states: “When resubmitting the Incident Report, please enter your explanation here”). 4. Enter a brief description. 5. Check the attestation box. 6. Click re-submit.
