CORRECTED: Retroactive Medicaid Rate Increases Vaya has made corrections to information about new and continuing rate increases included in the Provider Network Memo and Provider Communication Bulletin dated May 25, 2021. Twelve service codes originally listed under item no. 6 (New rate enhancement for Medicaid services – 50%) have been deleted and moved under item no. 7 (New rate enhancement for Supported Employment – 20%).
